  I have had only great experiences with this clinic. The staff are friendly and courteous. I have seen Dr. Frandsen and he has provided me excellent care. When my wife and I were going to have our son, we chose Dr. Frandsen to care for him as well. We were pleasantly surprised when, at 6:30 in the morning, before his full day of impending patients, Dr. Frandsen came to the hospital to see our newborn son and came each day after until we were discharged. All in all, the entire clinic seems to go above and beyond our expectations, and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

  In regards to the "owners " response below. I would like to acknowledge that my poor experience was not fully because of Dr Gilbert. The staff who works under or for him need to step up there game. And he; as well as yourself, needs to insure that they are doing there job. I worked at a hospital for year's. If you want to know if your patients are drug addicts, request medical records. It took less then 5 min to get who, where, and what was prescribed to the patients. As well a governed red flags for history of mental illness. It seems like you and your staff are unfamiliar with this. Example.. Today I called the community referral line to get my high risk child and myself a new pcp. Found out they did not get any of his, or my medical records! Now my child has to go without his medication for 4 weeks! You should be embarrassed!!! In regards to my ADD medication, It's nobody's fault but your own for hiring Dr's that had over prescribed medications. Sombody should have coght that its very easy to do. As I had explained. As for "top specialist" I gotta call you out on that. My son's the smallest baby in the nation to have survived his heart surgery. I spent over a month in a nicu with "top of the line care" and you sure as hell don't have it. I still have yet to here back in ways of all these amazing Dr's. The pcp didn't even know any pediatric cardiologist! I got no names or contact information on a endocrinologist, geneticists or most important a cardiologist. To some this up, I could run circles around your incompetent employees. I guess we are held at a higher standard in Oregon. Let's be real here, it's time to clean house there. You are wasting money and time. All my Dr's had to do was look at me say 3 words and I had salem ED faxing MR's I got the names and contact information of Dr's and resources in minutes. I had surgeon's and pcp's on the phone and ready all while checking in patients with a pretty smile.

  I have been seeing Dr. Chris Gilbert for almost a year now and I am very happy with him. The entire clinic and all its' personnel are very respectful, courteous and competent. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor and clinic.
